Bill Lynch, Editor and Publisher Emeritus of The Sonoma Index-Tribune in Sonoma, California, has completed his new book “My Sonoma -Valley of the Moon”: a delightful inside tour around Jack London’s storied Valley of the Moon, chronicled by a lifelong Sonoman and journalist with local family roots that go back more than 130 years.
Bill was the fourth-generation editor of the newspaper started by his great grandfather. During Bill’s tenure, the Index-Tribune published numerous historical editions, Sonoma Magazine, and a special 100th historical anniversary edition of the paper’s founding.
Bill shared, “For more than four decades, I wrote news and feature stories about the people who made the Valley of the Moon special. I knew them. Many were neighbors, family friends and associates.”
